The International Finance Corporation (IFC) will help Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) groom new entrepreneurs under its project of ‘creating 2000 new entrepreneurs’.
The assurance came when IFC’s Regional SME Ventures Coordinator (Advisory Services in South Asia) Arsalan Alfred M Ni met DCCI president M Sabur Khan at the DCCI office on Wednesday.
Arsalan Alfred said the IFC will work for building capacity of the new entrepreneurs and it will also share marketing strategy with such entrepreneurs.
Sabur Khan thanked the IFC official for showing interest to work for the young and upcoming entrepreneurs.
He said DCCI in association with Bangladesh Bank is working to create new entrepreneurs and are getting massive response from the young people who want to start a business.
The DCCI president urged the IFC official to visit www.business.org.bd to get pertinent information regarding DCCI’s entrepreneurship project.
DCCI vice president Absar Karim Chowdhury was present at the meeting.
